I am a member of TradeBank Knoxville and so is this Amoco shop & that’s one reason that I go there. But they seem to do high quality work and I have been pleased with the work on my car & old pickup truck.

If you’re looking for repairs please do NOT pass this place up! Every mechanic I had the pleasure of speaking with was attentive and very patient. That patience went above and beyond with my 3 year old who got stuck sitting with me that day lol. They made no fuss of it and treated her like their own. Also, as a woman who doesn’t know very much about cars and definitely does my own research for this reason😅 I didn’t feel pressured or ripped off. They were proficient and made sure that I understood what was happening and why. I hate that I can’t remember the names of the gentlemen who assisted me directly but, I don’t doubt for a second that there is any thing negative to say about anyone here. They are helpful, direct and efficient. And their professionalism goes without saying. If you have any transmission needs or otherwise, try these guys out. YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!
