I recently needed some major break work done on my minivan. This shop was recommended to me by someone I have known for years who works on cars, himself. Aamco was excellent from beginning to end. They were prompt in getting me a quote. They maintained great communication and completed the job when they said they would. They worked with me when I needed to pick up my car out of time they were closed. Most importantly, they did a great job and got the issue fixed. My van can now stop on a dime. I feel so much safer driving, and am 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.

I cal my warranty company. They gave me options and I chose these guy k brought truck in and next day I received a call letting me know everything was covered under warranty. I didn’t have to even deal with warranty company I highly recommend theses guys
Hello Michael, my experience at your Knuckle Busters AAMCO in Knoxville TN for the AC repair on my 2016 Cadillac ATS 2.0t was superior. Johnathan was very personable and informative. Comforting is the adjective that comes to mind. The work performed and part acquisition was quick and flawless (compared to Cadillac who repeatedly fails miserably) your AAMCO is very high on my list of trusted, ample team of auto repair specialist. And an extra thank you goes to Johnathan for understanding the situation I found myself in that Friday. I don't always expect that level of service so I don't regularly ask for it so when your team, lead by Johnathan, was willing to take my service request on, I was greatful. And they delivered.
